Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and enhance back-end services and APIs using Node.js with a focus on scalability and performance.
- Manage PostgreSQL/MySQL databases, including schema design, query optimization, and data migration.
- Implement and manage cloud-based solutions leveraging AWS or GCP for scalability and reliability.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and build automation processes.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application issues in development and production environments.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into development processes as appropriate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions on time.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Node.js & Database development.
- Strong expertise in PostgreSQL/MySQL, including advanced query writing and performance tuning.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP, including deployment, monitoring, and scaling applications.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, build processes, and deployment strategies.
- Experience with Git and version control workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with serverless computing (e.g., AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions).
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch or Stackdriver.
- Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Exposure to front-end frameworks like ReactJS is a plus.
