Job Title: Bidding Executive
Location: Remote (India)
Reporting To: Director – Sales
Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bidding Executive to join our remote team. You will be responsible for developing and submitting winning proposals for new projects.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze proposal requests and identify key requirements
- Conduct research and gather relevant information
- Develop compelling and competitive proposals that address client needs
- Present proposals to clients and answer questions
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing
- Work with internal teams to ensure proposal accuracy and completeness
- Manage and track bid submissions and deadlines
- Provide post-bid support and analysis
- IREPS (Indian Railways E-Procurement System)
- GeM marketplace
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, writing)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in proposal writing or a related field
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience with proposal management software such as (Zoho Proposal, PandaDoc, Scoro, Proposify, Qvidian.)
- Understanding of government and/or commercial procurement processes preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for technology and understanding of Allied Biztech Solutions’ services preferred
