About the Role:

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) with a strong background in non-profit advocacy and fundraising, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and impact within the non-profit sector. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, building relationships with key decision-makers, and developing compelling proposals that showcase the value of our digital marketing services in advancing their missions.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential non-profit clients that align with our agency’s expertise and values.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within non-profit organizations.
  • Proposal Development: Create persuasive and tailored proposals that demonstrate the ROI of our services in achieving the client’s fundraising and outreach goals.
  • Presentations and Client Meetings: Deliver impactful presentations and participate in client meetings to explain our capabilities and address their specific needs.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure new client partnerships.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date on trends and challenges within the non-profit sector to inform your outreach and client engagement strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including marketing, design, and development, to ensure seamless client onboarding and project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in business development, ideally within the non-profit sector.
  • Strong understanding of non-profit fundraising strategies and marketing challenges.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience developing and negotiating proposals.
  • Data-driven approach to lead generation and client engagement.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools.
  • Passion for the non-profit sector and a desire to make a positive impact.
