Position for our UAE Client
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage secure and scalable cloud infrastructure on leading platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
- Configure and manage cloud security services (IAM, access control, encryption).
- Monitor and optimize cloud resource utilization for cost-effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues in a remote environment.
- Collaborate with developers and other IT teams to ensure smooth integration with cloud infrastructure.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in cloud technologies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in cloud engineering with experience in a remote work environment.
- Proven experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts (virtualization, networking, storage).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) for automation tasks.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools is a plus.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for cloud deployments is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on remote teamwork.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
