About Us
Our client a fast-growing FinTech company based in the UAE, they have recently raised $10 Million. We are seeking a talented and passionate DevOps Engineer to join our growing remote team and play a key role in bridging the gap between development and operations.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Ansible, Chef, etc.).
- Configure and manage continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for efficient software releases.
- Collaborate with developers and IT teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment processes.
- Implement and manage cloud infrastructure on leading platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) (if applicable).
- Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance and resource utilization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment-related issues in a remote environment.
- Maintain a secure and compliant infrastructure environment.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest DevOps tools, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a DevOps engineer role, with a proven ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and methodologies (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Agile).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) for automation tasks.
- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef) is a plus.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus (depending on your infrastructure).
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on remote teamwork.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
