What You’ll Do:

• Design Impactful Visuals: Create stunning graphics for websites, mobile apps, and social media platforms. You’ll be the visual voice of our brand and help clients shine online.
• Prototype Future-Focused Apps & Websites: Bring your design ideas to life with interactive prototypes using Figma, Canva, and Photoshop. You’ll help develop seamless user experiences from concept to execution.
• Make Reels that Spark Engagement: Showcase your creativity by designing eye-catching social media content and engaging video reels.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with developers and other designers to bring projects from initial concept to final delivery. Your creative input will be key to shaping the digital products we build.
• Attention to Detail: Deliver pixel-perfect designs that not only look great but also function flawlessly for users.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in Design Tools: You’re fluent in Figma, Canva, Photoshop, and other essential design software.
• Prototyping Expertise: Experience in prototyping for both web and mobile applications is a must.
• Design Eye: You have a strong grasp of design principles, typography, and color theory. Bonus points if you have experience creating motion graphics or social media reels!
• Collaborative Mindset: We value teamwork. You should be comfortable collaborating with a remote team, offering creative ideas, and incorporating feedback.
• 1 Year of Experience: While we are looking for fresh talent, we do prefer candidates who’ve spent at least a year honing their design and prototyping skills in a professional setting.
• Location: Ideally based in Kolkata or West Bengal, with the ability to occasionally visit our office for team bonding and project briefings.
