Base cost per app type from 25+ shipped mobile builds (median 2024-2026). Stack multipliers: native iOS+Android = 1.7×, React Native = 1.0×, Flutter = 1.05×. Region multipliers map to median productized vendor pricing in that market. Feature additions: real-time chat, payments-by-region, offline mode, AI/ML features, custom hardware integration each add specified deltas.
