Our story

Founded by people who learnt the hard way.

Allied BizTech Solutions (also known as ABT Solutions) was founded in 2009 by entrepreneurs who’d spent years inside Fortune 500 IT departments and IIM classrooms watching the same pattern repeat: technology projects that shipped on time, on budget, on spec — and missed the customer entirely.

The diagnosis was always the same. A “digital transformation” would deliver three platforms that didn’t talk to each other. Six months in, the integration cost would dwarf the original spend. Twelve months in, the original business question — “what do our customers actually need?” — would still be unanswered. The vendors had built what was asked. They hadn’t asked what was needed.

So we built ABT around a different premise: business first, technology second. Every engagement starts with the customer of our customer. Every milestone is measured against the business outcome, not the engineering deliverable. Every line of code earns its keep against one question — did our client’s customer’s life get easier?
