ABOUT THE ROLE

A hybrid internship for someone early-career who wants to learn productized engineering from the inside — building AI prototypes alongside the founding team while assisting on research, drafting, and ops. You’ll work directly on real client problems, not synthetic exercises. Stipend paid; full-time conversion considered after 3 months for strong performers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  1. Prototype AI agents + LLM-powered tools (Claude, OpenAI, open-source models via Replicate / Modal). Production-aimed quality, not throwaway demos.
  2. Founder-assist tasks: deep-research briefs, draft writing (proposals, blog posts, internal docs), light competitive analysis, meeting recap synthesis.
  3. Build internal tooling that scales the founder’s output (prompt libraries, RAG over our own docs, workflow automation).
  4. Sit in on a rotating set of client kick-off + scoping calls. Take notes, draft follow-ups, surface patterns.
  5. Pair with senior engineers on real client deliverables when prototype work feeds into a live engagement.

MUST-HAVES

  1. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from undergrad / postgrad CS / engineering / equivalent. Final-year students welcome.
  2. Has shipped at least one personal AI / LLM project (GitHub link required). Quality of intent matters more than scale of project.
  3. Strong written English. You will draft emails, proposals, and docs that ship to real clients.
  4. Comfortable with Python or TypeScript fundamentals. Don’t need senior-level expertise — need senior-level curiosity.
  5. Self-directed. We’ll point you at problems; you ship outputs without micro-management.

NICE TO HAVE

  1. Open-source contributions, hackathon wins, or maintained side projects with real users.
  2. Prior internship at a product company, agency, or venture studio.
  3. Comfortable on-camera for client calls. Bonus: presentation experience.
