Scope, deliverables, milestones, fixed price, fixed window. Standard MSA + NDA attached. You sign your paper or ours; both work.

03Kickoff & first commit (within 1 week of signed SOW).
Repo created in your GitHub org from day one. Named partner on every engagement. Weekly demos. Daily commits during build phases.

04Ship & handoff.
Production deploy on your infrastructure. Knowledge-transfer to your team. Documentation. Decision log. The IP stays yours; the playbook stays ours.

0590-day warranty.
Any defect that prevents the system from doing what the SOW said gets fixed at our cost. Out-of-scope changes are paid change orders. After 90 days, optional Managed Upstream or AI Pod retainers if you want us to keep going.
