Top of market for the role + the geography.
We pay top-quartile of the local market for each role. Annual reviews are calibrated against published comp benchmarks (e.g., AmbitionBox, levels.fyi for engineering). No surprises, no opacity. Equity is offered for senior roles after 12 months. Fully-remote across Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata with quarterly in-person team weeks rotating across the three hubs.
