150+ across core team and consultant bench. 12+ year average engineering tenure. ISO 9001:2015 quality system. The names and faces get covered in your discovery call.
We don't put founder photos or full names on the public site. This is a deliberate choice, not an oversight. Here's why and what we do instead.
Most professional-services sites lead with founder headshots, LinkedIn links, and bios in the style of "20+ years at McKinsey, X-Bank, Y-Tech." We've shipped 600+ projects since 2009; we know how that page reads to a busy CFO. It reads as theatre.
What actually matters for a productized engagement is: who's on this engagement, what's their track record on similar work, and what happens if they leave mid-project? Those questions get answered in the discovery call and in writing in the SOW — not on a public team page.
So we keep the public team page minimal. Identity protection for the people doing the work is a side benefit; it's not the primary reason.
You meet the partner who would run your engagement. They walk you through the proposed team (named individuals, with role and tenure), the playbook for the engagement type, and the risk plan for personnel changes. You leave the call knowing exactly who would be billing the hours that the fixed price is covering.
If after the call you want to verify any team member's track record, we'll arrange it — phone call with a prior client they worked with on a similar engagement.
