"What if…"

Will my deliverability tank moving off Mailchimp's shared IP pools?
Not if set up correctly. We configure SPF / DKIM / DMARC on your domain and warm a dedicated AWS SES IP over 2–4 weeks before cutover. Most clients see equal or better deliverability post-cutover because reputation is no longer shared with Mailchimp's worst-actor customers.
What about my existing audience and tags?
Migrated. Week 1 we export your Mailchimp audiences, tags, segments, automation flows, and templates via their API. We rebuild them in the new app, verified to produce identical send populations on a sample. Your team's segmentation logic carries over verbatim.
What about WordPress / Shopify / WooCommerce integrations?

What about transactional email (receipts, password resets)?
