Challenge: As a Top regional VPS hosting company, challenges were many for our client. From answering to support tickets in time, to maintaining sales channels and servers from 8 different data centers around the world. We had a task cut out to integrate world’s most popular web hosting automation system – WHMCS with 8 major customization to suit our client business model.
Solution: We integrated 8 different APIs serving different purposed to our client business within WHMCS management console. We also setup simpler customer checkout process and Dashboard.
Benefits: The client didnt have to look for one company doing the module customization of WHMCS and another company for integrating different APIs. We added support for 3 different payment processing engines to cover maximum local and international credit cards and debit cards.
Results: We did this in a record 45 days and ensured that the client has enough time to launch the new portal before promoting the festival offers
to its five thousand customers in India and abroad.
